Yoga has been the unifier of mind, body, and soul in my healing journey. It began as a way I could try to destress and get fit whilst I was poorly. Slowly, it has grown into a way of life.

Besides the obvious physical benefits the asana practice brings to one’s life, yoga is a place where I am able to regulate the nervous system, integrate self-love and gratitude, communicate with my body, and work with my breath. It has been integral in reducing inflammation.
